Confirmation in the Episcopal church is a person’s adult statement of faith.
Confirmation is the rite in which we express a mature commitment to Christ and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop.
For 2024, Confirmation will take place at the bishop’s visitation on February 4th.
Classes are happening now, on Sundays at 10:45am in the vestry meeting room. Adults and youth ages 16 and over are welcome and encouraged to attend. The classes, which include information on who we are as Episcopalians, are meaningful for all and are a great time to ask your faith questions.
