Sunday June 30th, the congregation honored out going Sr. and Jr. Wardens Wallace Lightsey and Sephany Austell. Wallace and Stephany agreed to extend their Vestry service through the calling of our next Rector. Their work was done mid June with the calling of the Rev. Catherine L. Tatem to be Redeemer’s next Rector. Thank you Wallace and Stephany for you exceptional leadership over the past 18 months.
As an appreciation of their service they were presented with renderings of our church during the Sunday service. The celebration continued at a festive brunch in Purser Hall.
